Tarek Thabet
CHAIRMAN
Chief Executive Officer of Megacom. Graduated as an electronic engineer, Tarek holds a master in computer science and a master in business administration. He enjoys more than 20 years of experience working as a team leader and senior consultant in policy reforms and government institutional development projects created by several local, regional and international development institutions. During the years of Megacom operation, Tarek has led and conducted several assignments for the government including strategic plans, industrial sectoral plans and design of government information systems. He also advised the government of Egypt on reforms in investment environment, tax law, land registry, Informal sector and many others
Gamal Zaki
Projects Director
The Projects Director in Megacom. He has a Bachelor in Computer Science, and enjoys more than 30 years of practical experience, from which 16 years in providing consultation to private sector enterprises as well as governmental entities. He has been managing technical assistance projects for more than 10 years now, with a profound knowledge of the market needs, especially in talent management and capacity building.
Ashraf Aseem
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Performance Management Expert. In addition to his role as the Technical Director, he is also an expert in designing, developing and deploying Monitoring and Evaluation systems. He participated as a key expert in the project for designing and deploying the Balanced Scorecards system in GAFI, where he designed the Key Performance Indicators on the basis of the authority’s strategic objectives. He also participated in designing and deploying the Monitoring and Evaluation System for Ministry of Local Development (MoLD). The assignment entailed developing a database of more than 400 KPIs to measure the progress and impact of different Local Development Projects. He also participated in designing and delivering training to governorate employees as well as to selected MoLD employees.
